It is said that after operationalization new islamabad airport, almost all of the societies will take boost in the surrounding area, however, can this forum help compiling a ranking and identify the three societies which will gain highest %age increase in price as soon as the airport is operational

The top two are TC and MC....
Other societies in the surrounding will also benefit like Faisal Town, F-17, PECHS, etc.

If you look at the map, you can guess that TopCity-1 will be at the top. Because it will provide direct access to new airport. Mumtaz City is also close to it.

F-17 is not a society I think. Isn't it a CDA sector ??
So the top 2 are TC and MC, which one stands on third place? Can we consider PECHS on third place?

F-17 is CDA sector, but managed by two pvt socities, T&T and MPCHS.
@Ahmad: for third place, there are many in contention, PECHS, Gandhara City, Faisal Town, Shalimar Town, Airport Enclave etc and the list goes on and on.
