Some activity has been observed in rmt over the last one month. Consequently, the prices have moved a bit. The PTI govt has vowed to get a breakthrough with the tribals within a couple of months. The construction of more houses has been observed and a couple of more families have shifted there. Moreover, the work on the construction of markets has been resumed.

Would anypne here know the current rate for 10 marla plot in zone 3 regi model town. Any future prospect bought a plot there in 1995 for 1.4 lak
Farhad sb. The rate of a 10 marla zone 3 ranges from 32 to 37 lacs. However there is a strip of 10 marla where the rate is from 26 to 30 too. The prospects of zone 3 are pretty good. More than 60 houses are being constructed. 4 families have shifted there already. You must visit it if you haven't visited it already.
