I mean these days which is a good business to start:
(1) Buy and sell residential plots?
(2) Buy and sell commercial plots?
(3) Construct house on your own property and sell them?
(4) Build houses for others (Contracting)?
(5) A combination of some of the above?
And also what about full scale property dealing? Is it a good idea these days?
buy commercial plots build them and sell it unit wise most profitable work if you have good connection and skills. Contracting is also good but for that you need very strong references and also very quick and efficient team. Generally you should check ur mind n taste like what suits u more construction or sale purchase.
