I bought 2 shops in bomanji square on ground floor.I live in new york. My brother has been trying to rent them for past 18 months without any success.Plaza administration also trying but failed to get a brand tenent for my shops.
I would appreciate any advice to rent these shops.(322 and 332 sq feet each).Who should i contact, anyone specialez in brands. I am willing to pay comissions or fees.
