I want to sale my 8 marla plot in abu bakar phase.
I have to invest this amount in some other business, pls guide that is this right time to sell off or should wait couple of months more for increase in price from current offer range (42-45 lac)

Well ppl are saying that BT prices are decreasing, I will say if your options are, sell now or sell after two months I think you sell it now. Other options could be to hold it until prices increase. BTW I am also looking for the plot there for living if you are interested than let me know?
