I sold a plot in bahria orchard rawalpindi last month, price of plot was around 26 lac in installments. I am filer and bahria charged me 38,125 tax. They have given me a printed receipt of 13,125 of advance tax and manual recipt of 25000. On manual recipt of 25,000 it is written with ball point 236c. Can anyone tell me what is this 25,000 about?
Actually I want to adjust this tax from tax dedcuted from salary and my organization only accept pinted receipt.
