Adding new clients is very simple. Just click on “Add New Clients” under the “Clients & Leads” tab and under the clients section. Fill out the details (name, email, phone, etc) and submit the form. The client will be saved in your account under your client’s list.
Additionally you can also add a client from your Message Center. When you receive an inquiry in your “Message center”, you can save the sender of that inquiry into your client’s list. To do this, open the message sent by that member, there you will see “add as a client” (

) icon on top of the message. Click on this icon and a short submission form will open, fill out the details and click on “submit”. The member will be saved in your clients list for future correspondence.
Choose “Client & Leads” tab from the dashboard and click on “Manage Clients”. A list showing all of your saved clients will be displayed. Click on any of these clients to edit their contact details or manage their leads and properties.
Clicking on a particular lead submitted by any client will open the lead information below on the same page, where you can manage details of the lead and assign new tasks, view logs and shortlist properties for this lead.
Zameen offers a comprehensive leads management software to its members. Within the “Clients & Leads” tab click on “Manage Leads” to find a whole range of lead management tools. All leads are shown here in a list format (or a sorted list format according to the filters set by you).
Clicking on any of these leads will direct you to the “Manage Clients” section where you can view and edit details of that particular lead at the bottom of the page. Within this section you can perform an array of tasks such as allocating the client who generated the lead to your staff member for further work, change status of the lead under the “Log and Tasks” tab, edit client details for the lead, check and change logs or set reminders and also shortlist properties for this lead.
Allocating a lead means that you can allocate any of your leads to your agency staff for further work. Just click on any lead under the manage leads section and you will be directed to the manage client page. Here you can allocate the lead to any of your agency staff (by choosing from a drop-down list of all users).
Please note that if you are re-allocating an older lead to a different staff member then all associated previous leads and properties for that particular client will also be automatically allocated to the new staff member.
Clients are your customers or people interested in your property and in general are of two types. The first type is one who has already dealt with you in the past i.e. an existing customer and the second type is a person who can be a potential customer and has contacted you via your listing at Zameen.
Lead status is the exact indicator of how much work has been carried out on a lead and what its current position is. You can see the lead status with all the leads at “Manage Leads” section. This status is saved by the user (you or your agency staff) and can be selected from a drop down list at “Logs and Tasks” tab in the Manage Clients section. Every time some action is taken on the lead, the status can be changed accordingly. The following type of leads statuses have been pre-defined within the system:
New: Indicates it’s a new lead and no work has been done on it as yet.
Contacted Client: Indicates that the client who sent the inquiry was contacted by the staff member handling the lead.
Sent Availability List: Shows that the staff member has determined the exact requirements from the client and has already sent the list of available and interested properties to the client via e-mail or other means.
Followed Up: Indicates that the staff member has followed up with the client after the initial communication. For example a staff member could have sent the list of available properties to the client but never got any response, the next likely step would be to follow up with the client regarding their inquiry.
Meeting Arranged: Shows that the staff member has arranged a one to one meeting the client on a particular date.
Meeting Done: Shows that the client and the staff handling the lead had a successful meeting.
Result: Indicates that the all possible work on the lead has been done and a specific outcome has been reached. For example the lead got converted into a sale or a particular property was rented out by the client or the client changed their mind and is no longer interested etc.
A lead (also known as sales/rental-lead) is a message or inquiry received from a potential customer that may help you to covert that person (or business) into a sales’ prospect and eventually generate sales. In short a lead is the first step towards making actual sales. At Zameen you will be getting a steady stream of inquiries via phone and e-mails (sent by those who are interested in buying or renting the properties you’ve listed at Zameen), you can save these inquiries as leads and work on them to lure these potential customers into buying or renting from you.
Todo list displays all the deadlines, reminders and the tasks (scheduled for that particular lead) by you or your staff. It’s a nice list to jog your memory and to keep you and your staff informed on what work needs to be carried out on different leads and what are the time deadlines. Indicators are given with all leads which reflect if the scheduled task is overdue or the deadline is nearing.
Once you have entered the Manage Clients section, you will be able to see all leads for that clients. Click on a specific lead and further information about that lead will open below on the same page. There you will see the “Logs and Tasks” tab. Under this tab you can record and view all the action taken on the lead, view comments and progress and assign new tasks respectively.
It works just like a register of activities. Within this section you can change the status of a lead, add comments or set deadlines for the tasks that need to be performed on that particular lead.
