You can make changes to your account details by visiting the “My Account & Profiles” section. You are allowed to change your password, profile, user roles (you would need to contact us if you had registered on Zameen as an agent or developer and want to change this role) and agent profile (for the members registered as agents).
You can also modify and update your profile and contact information in all previous property listings by checking the box “Update details in all property listings”.
Your agency profile details are located under the "My Account and Profiles" tab. Once you have entered this section, please select the agency profile link from the left menu and you will be able to see your agency profile details.
Here you can make changes to your profile as per your need. Once you have made the changes, please submit them to our staff for a review. We will review your details and approve and update them accordingly. Please note that in all your previously submitted property listings, we will continue to show the old details unless you click on the check box "Update details in all property listings" and submit the new changes. If you are not sure about how to make these changes then please contact us for further clarification and information.
User role is the nature of your account and the type of services you provide, which are selected at the time of signing up. As an individual you can sign up as owner/investor or a tenant, likewise there are many categories to choose from when defining your role as a company such as agent, architect, developer, researcher, builder or appraiser.
Note: You can change these roles from within the my account & profiles tab, however if you have signed up as an agent or developer, you would need to contact us in order to make changes to these roles.
