The Senior Member of the Board of Revenue (SMBR) issued the notification outlining the formation of these cells, which will be led by Deputy Commissioners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The complaint cells will record all grievances in dedicated registers, which will then be forwarded to Assistant Commissioners and Mukhtiarkars at the taluka level for resolution. To enhance accessibility, all complaints will be computerized.
