Islamabad: The Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) has initiated preliminary discussions to replace old government houses in prime sectors of Islamabad with high-rise developments, a move aimed at unlocking billions of rupees in state-owned land value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
