To encourage participation, the CDA has introduced flexible payment options, including a two-year instalment plan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Successful bidders can gain possession after paying 75% of the amount, while construction approvals can begin with just 25% payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, the CDA will auction over 200 one-kanal residential plots in Sector C-14, situated at the scenic foothills of the Margalla Hills. These premium lifestyle plots are expected to appeal to both local and overseas Pakistanis, with incentives for investments made in foreign currencies, particularly US dollars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During a meeting chaired by CDA Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa, officials emphasised the importance of engaging overseas Pakistanis and international investors.
