This initiative aims to deliver fully developed plots to allottees in a timely manner, addressing the growing housing demand in Islamabad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the forefront of these efforts is Sector C-14, where over 200 one-kanal plots have been auctioned, generating more than Rs12 billion in revenue. CDA Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa, during a high-level meeting on Thursday, emphasized the importance of accelerating development in this sector. Currently, 85% of the road infrastructure and 35% of the drainage and sewerage systems have been completed. Similarly, Sectors E-12\/2 and E-12\/1 are nearing completion, with most infrastructure work finalized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Legal and logistical challenges related to Built-Up Property (BUP) in Sector E-12 were also discussed during the meeting. The Chairman directed relevant departments to resolve these issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting reviewed ongoing projects in Sectors C-15, C-16, C-13, D-13, E-13, and F-13. The Chairman instructed the Engineering and State Wings to eliminate any obstacles hindering development in these sectors.
