The development work in the society is in full swing, and according to our source of information, the development is complete in the Phase I of the society, which comprises five blocks i.e. A, B, C, D and, E. We also learned that many houses are being built in Phase I.<\/p>\n<p>The Phase II of Citi Housing Sialkot comprises F and G Block, where development work is underway.<\/p>\n<p>Upon launch, the developer offered 5- and 10-malra plots in the Phase I for Rs 1.85 million and Rs 3.45 million respectively, while a 1-kanal plot was initially offered at Rs 6.45 million. The members have paid out only four instalments yet.
