The Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Trade Way Commission (COSO) Enterprise Risk Management Framework will be implemented, alongside International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS), to ensure financial discipline and transparency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The success of similar reforms in Urban Area Development Authority Kohat served as a model for the province-wide initiative.
