Chairman Randhawa underscored the importance of the initiative, stating, \u201cA fully digital system will not only streamline property transactions but also secure records for future generations.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To support the shift towards a more efficient administration, the CDA also confirmed its transition to a paperless system. The ICT Wing has been instructed to ensure smooth implementation, while the Member Estate has been tasked with directly overseeing the project to resolve any bottlenecks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier in the day, Chairman Randhawa made a surprise visit to the CDA Nursery on Park Road, where a significant PKR 652.8 million upgrade is already underway.
