CDA officials estimate the project could generate trillions of rupees in revenue over the next two decades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to CDA, over 90% of the required land is already in possession, with the remaining portion in Malpur still under adverse occupation. The proposal will be submitted to the federal cabinet through the Ministry of Interior for final approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The concept for Jinnah Square Downtown was initiated by CDA Chairman Mohammad Ali Randhawa following a series of site visits, during which large vacant tracts of land were identified as underutilized.
