The approvals were granted during a board meeting held on Wednesday at CDA Headquarters, chaired by CDA Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The development of Margalla Enclave Phase-II will proceed under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, in accordance with PPRA Rules Clause F-42. The updated plan, in line with the Islamabad Land Disposal Regulations (ILDR) 2005 and CDA development policies, allocates land for residential and commercial apartments, parking facilities, and public buildings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In another decision, the board approved the regularization of land adjacent to Plot No. 29 in Sector I-8 Markaz, aligning with legal requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Addressing a longstanding civic need, the board decided to identify and allocate land in various locations for cemetery development, ensuring representation for different communities. Necessary changes will be made to existing layout plans to implement this policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To improve water access and sustainability, the CDA approved a comprehensive rehabilitation strategy for dysfunctional waterworks, including tankers and tube wells. These include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The establishment of a Child Protection Institute in Sector H-11\/4, initiated at the request of the Pakistan Museum of Natural History<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The renovation and expansion of the Pakistan Museum of Natural History<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completion of remaining infrastructure and construction work at the Police Academy in Sector H-11<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, a four-member committee has been constituted under the Director General (DG) Law to review matters related to a commercial plot in Sector F-7 Markaz.
