He said the province\u2019s efforts have resulted in earning foreign carbon credits and recognition in the Guinness World Records for planting one million mangroves in a single day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commenting on urban development, Shah said that key infrastructure upgrades are under way in Karachi, including improvements to sewage treatment plants.
