To avoid delays, the board decided to continue with the previously appointed transaction advisers instead of initiating a new selection process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The advisers will now begin reviewing a proposal submitted by a private consortium for the phased deployment of the electric bus fleet. If found viable, the project will move to the implementation stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the plan, 600 electric buses measuring 12 meters and 400 buses measuring 8 meters will be rolled out under a 10-year concession agreement. Operators will be compensated on a per-kilometer basis, and the government will take ownership of all assets at the end of the contract period.
