He noted that the system currently operates via 27 People\u2019s Service Centres (PSCs) across district headquarters, along with an online portal accessible through the BoR\u2019s official website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Officials briefed the CM on the infrastructure supporting LARMIS, including a state-of-the-art data centre located at Revenue House, Clifton, and a Disaster Recovery Centre (DRC) in Hyderabad, ensuring uninterrupted access to digital land records in case of emergencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The digitisation process began in 2010 with the scanning of legacy records from 1985 to 2010, covering key documents such as Forms VII-A, VII-B, and Form II, collected from Mukhtiarkar offices across Sindh. Post-2010 records are continuously scanned and indexed at the Provincial Record Centre (PRC) in Hyderabad to maintain updated access for the public and government stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The system has been significantly upgraded in recent years. As of February 2024, the BoR launched a comprehensive e-registration system, now operational in 51 sub-registrar offices. This digital system enables online registration of documents through PSCs.
