Karachi: The Sindh government has announced plans to install 10 modern air quality monitoring stations across Karachi in a bid to improve pollution tracking and environmental management in the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sindh Minister for Climate Change, Dost Muhammad Rahimoon, said the stations will provide real-time data on air pollution levels, helping authorities design effective policies to combat deteriorating air quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new system will monitor key pollutants, including particulate matter (PM2.5 and PM10), nitrogen dioxide, sulphur dioxide, carbon monoxide, and ozone. According to officials, the data will also be shared with the public to raise awareness about health risks linked to poor air quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
