The district administration, Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA), RMC, and other departments will jointly carry out the work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A major component of the plan is the laying of underground electricity cables along the one-kilometre stretch, to be undertaken by Iesco at a cost of PKR 200 million. SNGPL and PTCL have been allocated PKR 30 million each for relocating services, while Wasa will receive PKR 5 million for shifting water lines.
