Several buildings that had been illegally occupied for years without rent payment were vacated as part of the drive. He instructed Capital Development Authority (CDA) and District Municipal Administration (DMA) officials to take strict action against encroachments without any discrimination. He further directed that vacated properties should be auctioned transparently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naqvi also announced plans to introduce well-known restaurants from Karachi and Lahore in Saidpur Village to enhance its charm for visitors. He said the revival of Saidpur will not only beautify Islamabad but also provide residents with a new recreational destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAll resources will be utilized to develop Saidpur into an international-standard tourist and commercial hub, offering modern facilities to visitors,\u201d the minister said, while also stressing the need for cleanliness in and around the village.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CDA Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa briefed the minister that satellite imagery is being used to identify illegal constructions built after 2005.
