Preparatory work on the project is already in progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Originally proposed by the Lahore Authority for Heritage Revival (LAHR) and later transferred to Tepa for execution, the facility will feature a four-storey underground parking structure spread across 16 kanals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Tepa Chief Engineer Iqrar Hussain, the plaza\u2019s first level will house shops to accommodate traders whose businesses are being acquired for the development. The remaining three floors will provide parking space for 374 cars and 790 motorcycles.
