The water-bound macadam layer has also been laid across several key sections of the site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CBD Punjab\u2019s Executive Director Technical, Riaz Hussain, stated that asphalt carpeting on Circular Roads I and II will commence in September once the monsoon season ends.
