Shehbaz stressed that climate change is a reality and only effective preparedness can reduce the scale of damages caused by natural disasters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe federation, provinces, Azad Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan must work hand in hand to protect the people from the adverse impacts of climate change,\u201d he said, describing the matter as a national issue that demands collective effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Work is already underway on his directives to formulate an effective policy for timely response to climate challenges, particularly during the monsoon season.
