Located on Kohat Road, around 15 kilometres from Peshawar city, the project is a joint venture between the Government of Pakistan and the Government of KPK, positioned as a safe and reliable investment in the housing sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The scheme will offer over 8,000 housing units, including grey structures and apartments across categories I, II, III, and IV. Construction will be carried out in four phases, with contracts for 400 housing units already awarded in the first phase.
