From its share, USD 109.99 million has been released, though only 5.5% of the latest allocation has been utilised so far.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As of September 4, 2025, project progress stands at 43.9%. Implementation, however, continues to face hurdles including contractual disputes, shortages of construction material, delays in land acquisition, and sporadic social unrest.
