It was decided that the new directorate will adopt modern technology, including artificial intelligence and circular vehicles, to monitor road conditions. Daily field patrols by M&amp;R teams will be conducted, with strict timelines for response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To ensure quality, the monitoring and evaluation process will be carried out by a third party.
