He argued that agricultural land was rezoned as residential through collusion, while long-established colonies were marked as \u201cExpo\u201d and \u201cEducation\u201d zones, restricting housing development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the petition, a three-kilometre stretch from Narwala Road to the Interchange was reclassified from \u201cBrown\u201d to \u201cExpo\u201d and \u201cEducation\u201d zones, while distant farmland was rezoned for residential use.
