Officials from LDA, the Traffic Engineering and Transport Planning Agency (TEPA), and Nespak briefed the participants on proposed designs for development within a three-kilometre radius of the station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the LDA, the sustainable development plan divides the area into different zones, with specific interventions for each. The project will include the construction of walkways, installation of solar-powered lights, underground wiring for internet and utilities, and improvement of stormwater drainage systems.
