Chief Secretary Sindh Asif Haider Shah, along with senior officials from various departments and agencies, also attended the session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the meeting, participants reviewed progress made since the first committee meeting and discussed implementation strategies for ongoing urban development initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chief Secretary Asif Haider Shah emphasised the importance of coordination among Karachi\u2019s multiple governing bodies, stating that no single agency can operate in isolation. He added that new water pipelines being laid by the Karachi Water Corporation should be incorporated into the plan to ensure an integrated approach to urban infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Local Government Minister Nasir Hussain Shah said the Greater Karachi Regional Plan 2047 would bring transformative changes to the city\u2019s urban, environmental, and economic landscape.
