Moreover, 16th Avenue \u2014 located between Sectors H-15 and H-16 \u2014 will be constructed in line with the provisions of the Master Plan. The number of interchanges and underpasses along 16th Avenue will be determined once the detailed design is finalized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Senator Naqvi further stated that avenues across Islamabad are being developed strategically to ensure smooth traffic flow and minimize congestion. The ongoing construction of 10th Avenue, he said, is another step toward enhancing connectivity and mobility within the capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the written reply, Sector I-16 is currently under development, with residential construction underway.
