Of the total budget, PKR 85.5 billion has been allocated to Karachi-specific schemes under the Local Government Department. These include major water supply, sewerage and drainage initiatives aimed at improving urban resilience and service delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CM Shah directed Chief Secretary Asif Hyder Shah to ensure timely release of funds and regular progress reviews.
