The announcement came during a review meeting chaired by CDA Chairman and Chief Commissioner Islamabad Muhammad Ali Randhawa. The meeting was attended by Deputy Commissioner Islamabad Irfan Nawaz Memon, ICT officials, CDA officers, and the director general of the Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA), who participated via Zoom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Officials said the ICT\u2013PLRA agreement for the introduction of E-Stamp papers is in its final stages, with the software currently undergoing testing. Once scanning is complete, formal digitization of these records will begin. A mobile application has also been developed to provide citizens with direct access to their land information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chairman Randhawa said the reforms are aligned with the federal government\u2019s vision for a \u201cDigital Islamabad,\u201d as outlined by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi.
