He assured investors that all facilities would be provided on a priority basis following the auction and noted that development work had already begun in all major commercial centres of the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also outlined future initiatives, including the construction of a cricket stadium, development of seven-star hotels, introduction of e-stamping, promotion of a cashless economy, and digitization of land records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Highlighting Islamabad\u2019s investment potential, Randhawa said the city offered attractive opportunities in real estate, tourism, and the hotel industry.
