The auctioned plots and their revenues are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plot No. 17, F-8\/G-8 sector (Blue Area) \u2013 PKR 9.15 billion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plot No. 15, F-8\/G-8 sector (Blue Area) \u2013 PKR 3.52 billion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plot No. 37-C, Orchards Scheme, Murree Road \u2013 PKR 422 million<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plot No. 37-D, Orchards Scheme, Murree Road \u2013 PKR 420 million<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa said the strong participation of investors reflected confidence in CDA policies, noting that strengthening investor trust remained a priority for the authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Read: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cda-starts-citywide-road-street-upgrades.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CDA starts citywide road, street upgrades<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The auction will continue until December 24, offering a mix of residential and commercial plots, including properties in various centers, the E-11 Northern Strip, agro farms, petrol pumps, constructed shops in the Blue Area, and residential plots in multiple sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To encourage participation, CDA introduced several incentives, including a 5 percent additional discount on commercial plot payments made in US dollars and a 5 percent discount for lump-sum payments within 30 days of bid approval.
