Strings must be made of cotton with a minimum 28-count coating, wound in the shape of pinna, and the use of charkhis (spools) is banned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All registered kite-flying associations, manufacturers, traders, and sellers have been instructed to maintain complete records of stock, sales, and movement, and to coordinate closely with the DC\u2019s office to ensure safe conduct of the event.
