The survey revealed that nearly 70 percent of the city\u2019s 6,500 high-rise buildings lack functional fire safety and hazard control systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The CDA\u2019s Building Control Cell and Planning Wing were found responsible for the oversight, but notices have now been issued to building owners. The survey also found that over 70 percent of buildings had neither approved fire safety plans nor completion certificates.
