Work on the main boulevard is in progress, while the police station within the project area is near completion with nearly 80% of work already done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A key component linked to the project is the proposed 10-kilometre dual carriageway from Kohat Road along the Zangali Canal to the site. Planning, surveys, and contract awards were subsequently completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once fully developed, PHAF Residencia is expected to include approximately 7,786 housing units and 5,632 apartments, along with a commercial zone designed to attract investment and support economic activity in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Managing Director and CEO of PHAF Muhammad Shahid Hussain said the project is aimed at promoting planned urban growth and addressing housing demand in Peshawar.
