The project consists of three plots measuring 7.11 kanals each and will be developed under the DBFOOM model \u2014 Design, Build, Finance, Own, Operate and Maintain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to CBD Punjab, the project is intended to position itself as a high-end residential destination in one of Lahore\u2019s emerging business districts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The authority has also invited bids for what it described as Lahore\u2019s first International Brand Five-Star Plus Hotel and Integrated Mixed-Use Complex in the Quaid District. The sites are being offered on a 10-year lease basis and target petroleum companies, commercial operators, and investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One site spans 6.77 kanals with a reserve price of Rs30 million per annum, while the second covers 5.38 kanals with a reserve price of Rs25 million per annum.
