The government is also awaiting progress on potential Saudi investment in oil reserves and refinery infrastructure at Gwadar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Federal Minister for Maritime Affairs Muhammad Junaid Anwar Chaudhry discussed the proposal with Kuwaiti Ambassador Nassar Abdulrahman Jasser Al-Mutairi, presenting investment opportunities in energy logistics and maritime infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pakistan has offered foreign investors opportunities in fuel storage facilities, bonded terminals, jetty construction, and broader port infrastructure linked to the Energy City concept.
