Under the approved measure, taxpayers will be required to submit their income tax returns only through the Federal Board of Revenue\u2019s (FBR) online IRIS system. The move is aimed at eliminating manual filing channels and shifting all return submissions to digital platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Officials from the FBR informed the committee that the tax administration has been progressively transitioning toward digital systems since 2013.
