He added that construction on the ML-1 project would start from the Rohri section, while the project&#8217;s groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for January 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iqbal also announced the launch of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/motorway-approved-to-link-mansehra-with-kkh.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Karakoram Highway-II<\/a> (KKH-II) project, which will replace an approximately 100-kilometre stretch of the existing Karakoram Highway expected to be submerged due to the construction of the Diamer-Bhasha Dam.
