The fee for appointing a local commission through e-registration has been set at PKR 6,700.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the Property Transfer System, all housing societies and development authorities will pay a service charge of PKR 3,000 per transaction.
