They have also been asked to submit their responses within seven days of receiving the notices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The authority warned that failure to respond could lead to further legal action under the prevailing laws and rules. The RDA also advised the public against investing in illegal or unapproved housing schemes and urged potential buyers to verify the approval status of housing projects before making any investment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It further warned the sponsors of unapproved schemes to stop marketing their projects and obtain the required approvals and no-objection certificates (NOCs) in accordance with the law.
