The internal market assessments identified the site as suitable for IT and allied businesses. The proposed development, referred to as <strong>Tech Park City<\/strong>, will involve private-sector participation through the auction of commercial plots. LDA Chief Town Planner Asaduz Zaman said the authority intends to develop the site as a modern IT and commercial hub, with facilities planned to support businesses and visitors, including dedicated parking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the latest development plan, approximately 50 kanals will be designated for commercial activity, while other portions will accommodate public facilities, parks, roads and parking infrastructure. Commercial plots of different sizes are planned, with proposed building heights of up to 72 feet for ground-plus-five-storey structures and 90 feet for ground-plus-six-storey structures.
