Eligible applicants were included in the computerised balloting process, with successful applicants to proceed with the required formalities for plot allotment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The balloting covered plots in Johar Town, LDA City and LDA Avenue-I, which were offered to applicants under instalment-based payment terms. The plots included 40 four-marla commercial plots in the Business Bay area of LDA City. The authority stated that the plots are located approximately 3 minutes from Ferozepur Road and Ring Road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The balloting also included 30 five-marla commercial plots in the Commercial Zone of LDA Avenue-I and 25 five-marla residential plots in Block K of Johar Town. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LDA Director General Tahir Farooq said successful applicants would be eligible for a 5% discount on lump-sum payments.
