The auction will begin at 10:00 AM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Read: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cda-to-bring-electric-buses-capital.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CDA Plans Double-Decker Bus Service for Islamabad City Tours<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The plots include Plot No. 22 in D-12 Markaz, Convention Centre Hotel Plot No. 6 and Five-Star Hotel Plot No. 8 in F-5\/1, a hotel plot on the E-11 Northern Strip, and another site along Srinagar Highway between the Sports Complex and Margalla Hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the CDA&#8217;s auction terms, successful bidders will be provided a one-year payment plan. Possession of a plot will be granted after payment of 75% of the total price, subject to a bank guarantee for the remaining amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The authority will allow building-plan approval after payment of 25% of the total price. Buyers who make full payment within 30 days will be eligible for a 5% rebate, while payments made in US dollars will qualify for an additional 5% rebate, according to the auction details.
