The certificate is issued after verification of the property\u2019s latest status, including outstanding dues, legal encumbrances, building violations and other restrictions that may affect the transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The CDA stated that the requirement serves as a safeguard for parties involved in property transactions by confirming the status of the property at the time of transfer. The authority also clarified that property plots are not cancelled arbitrarily.
